Welcome! Thanks for being here. I have been dedicated to helping people feel better for over two decades. A proud native of Illinois, I began my journey in massage therapy when I graduated from the Chicago School of Massage Therapy in 2004.

 

With 21 years of hands-on experience, I’ve had the privilege of refining my skills in various therapeutic manual therapies. I truly enjoy the detective work involved in understanding the body, specializing in techniques like Myofascial Release (MFR), Sports Massage, and Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) to address chronic tension and pain at its source. I believe in the importance of growth, which is why I’m always taking advanced classes each year to stay current in the field and offer the best care possible. I’m especially excited to share that I will soon be offering the specialized Klose Method for Lymphatic Drainage starting in May 2026.

When I’m not in the treatment room with clients, my world revolves around my husband, Donald, our family, and our dog, Matty. I love tapping into my creative side, whether that’s experimenting in the kitchen, working in my garden or an art project, or simply unwinding with some good music. Finding that balance in my own life helps me recharge so I can bring my very best to every session with you. I look forward to meeting you!
